Remarkable service from reception through restaurant. You feel a personnel touch when staying - in a pleasant and professional way. Everything is in order and clean, - restaurant is nice and food is excellent and fair priced.

Brand new and great location

Great location and newly developed area as well as the newly built Hotel Riviera will only improve. That said, the hotel and service was already top notch so the few workers running around fixing and making finishing touches didn't bother me one bit. I will look forward to the next opportunity to stay at the Riviera.

"Beach-Life"

Very freindly and aproaching staff. The hotel has an ambient theme of "Beach life" throughout. - even with ovn beach outside by the shore. Rooms are comfy and clean, - bed is nice. Restaurant is classy without trying "too hard" - which actually works well in supporting the ambient atmosphere. Nice pool area on top with inside/outside pool and sauna with rituals and friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel in many ways. The only thing that pulls it down is that the pool was very expensive. I assumed that that it would be included when you live there and saw no information that it wasn't.

A real gem!

We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time.

Nydelig hotell, men spis et annet sted

Veldig bra hotell, god service overalt bortsett fra i restauranten. Der hadde vi dessverre en veldig dårlig opplevelse. Ventet 45 min på forret, og nye 45 min på hovedrett. Vi fikk ikke drikken før etter forresten og ble aldri spurt om maten var god eller om vi ville ha noe mer å drikke. Kan anbefale hotellet, men lurt å spise et annet sted. Basseng området på toppen var nydelig.

Fantastisk hotell! Rommene var romslige, rene og delikate. Vi valgte utsikt/balkong mot sjø og det anbefales. Spiste både middag og frokost på hotellet og det var meget bra. Fin strand rett nedenfor hotellet og flott spaanlegg på taket. Enkelt å ankomme med båt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Tur til Moss 😉

Adkomst dårlig samt parkering. Hotellet kan ikke noe for det men fint å vite. Bør være med i omtalen. Hotellet er overmøblert og trang plass i resepsjonen da folk sto i kø. Samme gjelder i restauranten og uteområdet rundt. Man sitter og beveger seg veldig trangt. Plassen ute er ikke fullt utnyttet og trang adgang ut og inn. Få søppelkasser. Rommet var stort og rent. Noe som overrasket var tidsbegrenset bruk av bassenget og avdelingen. Må bestilles dagen før. Kommer ikke frem på nett. Egene badekåper var supert da stranden ble alternativet for spa. SÅ husk å les opplysningene 😄 bestill tid for spa og romservice når du booker. Bilder blir noe misvisende.
