"Awesome stay"

"We had to have the direct TV box replaced because it kept losing signal. The ironing board supplied by the hotel was bent and unusable. When the maids cleaned the room they forgot to replace the coffee pouches. It's a clean facility but it has ageing interior items."

"The hotel was lovely. Clean and up to date with all modern necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and had an accessibility room. The room, hallways, and elevators are actually accessible, not just in name but actually in function."

"Great location for exploring old town Cottonwood and the surrounding area. The courtyard was a little noisy in the evenings, but guests honored the 10 pm quiet hours. The room was basic and comfortable. The bathroom was small and not easy to maneuver in. It's nice that the windows actually open, so I was able to control the temperature and get fresh air without using the air conditioner at all in April. There were no amenities to speak of, so the draw is the charm and location. On Friday night when the restaurant crowd was out, it was hard to find parking close to the hotel until about 8:30. From this hotel you can easily get to walking trails, wine tasting, restaurants and shops without using a car."

"The staff treated me awfully. They were very rude and demanded extra fees once I was there. The hotel was not properly cleaned. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. Their version of complementary breakfast was an apple and a granola bar. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
