The staff was friendly and responsive. The shower was newly remodeled and really nice! I was surprised there was no hairdryer in the room but they brought me one when I asked. I was also surprised that there was no microwave in my room; I guess I didn't read up on the list of amenities.

Beautiful! It’s like walking into an old classic Hollywood Hotel. A sweeping staircase with gorgeous crystal chandeliers. A fireplace in the lounge room along with fresh baked cookies and a beautiful tiled fountain in the front. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We definitely will pick this hotel next time we’re in Prescott!
