"The room wasn’t large but clean and a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Staff friendly. Space is limited I’d suggest a shelf above the toliet as there was not much space for toiletries on the tiny sink. Also usb plugs near the bed helpful. We arrived by taxis & the location for Old Quebec sightseeing was perfect! A stones throw from Chateau Frontenac, Funicular & stairs to lower town."

"Recently renovated hotel centrally located. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious compared to other hotels. King bed with air conditioning not easy to fine at this price point and location. Staff was excellent and very helpful. They even provided bus passes for us when we only asked where to purchase them to travel to Montmorency falls. Would stay here again."

"This hotel needs significant work. Tow of the stairs on a very steep staircase were broken and becoming dangerous. I booked two bedrooms with a private bathroom, when we arrived we discovered that we had the top floor of the hotel. The floor was available to anyone who came up, and although the bathroom was door coded it meant we were going into the hall to use the facilities. "Nous sommes restées une nuit en juin le soir du grand spectacle de la St-Jean). La rue Grande-Allée était fermée aux automobilistes donc arrivée à l’hôtel plus compliquée. On a attendu quelques minutes avant d’avoir quelqu’un à la réception parce que Sophie était seule pour faire l’accueil, agir comme valet (le valet était absent ce jour là) et apporter les bagages. "This is a great hotel in the Old City and convenient to just about everything you want to see. The rooms are lovely and each is unique. This is a very historical building. Therefore there is no elevator, the stairs are steep and there is no one to help with luggage up the stairs. The onsite restaurant is very good (try the crepes for breakfast). "We had a great visit to Quebec Coty. It was made so easy and comfortable by the staff at the Concorde. From the valet parking, to the great meal in the restaurant it was terrific. The room had an amazing view of the downtown which we really enjoyed. We will definitely recommend the Concorde to our Friends and Family travelling to Quebec City. The location is perfect as well."

"Staff is very commendable, we were always helped everywhere we go, whetger in breakfast or late at night. It was our first time in Quebec and we enjoyed our stay in this chic hotel! Hotel is very close to main areas and the restaurants are just a few steps away. Places are easy to navigate around the area too as the location was good. It was a great experience being in this French city!"

"Everything was generally fine and the staff were nice. But we were in one of the lower level rooms, and the smell is terrible. It's like a damp, old mold smell, and it's not subtle. It's overpowering. We got in late and were only staying for one night so we put up with it, but we couldn't wait to get out the next morning. My wife barely slept and felt quite ill in the morning. I would never stay here again."
