"It is a lovely property!"

"The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service"

"They were very accommodating with an early check in. Disappointed that the whirlpool is no longer available and is still listed as an amenity. We were told we would have free parking but it was not offered when we asked about it. Beautiful lobby and delicious breakfast for a fair price."

"Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly."

"Liked that there were two restaurants within walking distance"

"Not quite sure who is to blame but we booked this stay about a week eary through Expedia and paid for one night stay. When we showed up on Tuesday evening to check in, there was no room avaiable. "We didn't stay on the property except to sleep. I would definately book them again for our next stay in Staunton."

"I thought the hotel looked new or a recent renovation. The lobby was very nice and the staff helpful. It felt very safe."

"It would have been great to have a dining room so we could have enjoyed dinner on premises. Otherwise it was all very special and a unique inn. We may be back."

The location of the hotel was convenient - there were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was close to the main routes we needed to access for our trip. Friendly staff maintaining the breakfast area. The food was fine and there was a nice...

"Rooms were clean. Even rooms get to hear the train go by during the night."

"Good for the price"

"Very clean quiet motel. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again"

"Property is older and needs some cosmetic fixes. Carpet old and smelly in the room. Needs replaced or professionally cleaned. But for one night it was ok."
