"We had a lovely stay at Sapa Clay House. The staff is very attentive and they put a lot of love and care into the property. They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sapa. The meals served here were also incredible and healthy. You can tell they truly care about...

"Gorgeous location, pristine air and tranquil location. Plentiful food for breakfast buffet, but coffee was awful and Vietnamese dishes lacked flavour, specifically the Pho, which should have a fragrant stock and moreishness. It was watery and tasteless. Pastry selection was very average and everything tasted pre bought and reheated. Lovely staff, and comfy rooms. "Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"
