"The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted.
