"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was no air conditioning, no cleaning/housekeeping service, and no TV. Based on the recommendations and what I saw on Expedia, I expected a much better experience, but when I arrived, it was nothing like I expected. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, and the location is beautiful. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"The location was good. I did not like that the room had a leak as a result I was uncomfortable because the leak was hitting me while I was sleeping. The ceiling was extremely humid and stained which is not a good breathing environment. I would like a refund."
