Situación idónea para explorar la Vall d' Aran

Bien ubicado, cumplió por encima de las expectativas. Desayuno más que correcto y completo, personal muy atento, nos subieron la categoría de la habitación a una junior suite en la zona nueva sin cargo y bonito jardín para tomar algo antes de ir a dormir. Aparcamiento muy amplio y sin problemas, gratuito del propio hotel.

Bon hôtel Vielha

Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant et chambre confortable, un petit bémol concernant le bruit de la route assez présent surtout le matin. Le matériel de la salle de jeux a été vandalisé par des clients non respectueux, c’est dommage.

Horrible atención. Pensión de 2 estrellas.

Hotel de (como mucho) 2 estrellas, tanto por instalaciones como por servicio, de lo peor que me he encontrado en años viajando. Las habitaciones del ala antigua son propias de pensión de los años 60. Muy antiguas y el olor de la habitación impropio de esta época. El baño igual, bañera antigua, baldosas "vintage" y un secador (si se le puede llamar así) de tubo amarillento cogido a la pared que al enchufarlo casi ni llega aire al pelo. Una broma de mal gusto. Pero lo peor es sin duda el servicio. Falta absoluta de personal, que provoca que el dueño es el cocinero y recepcionista a la vez, y por si fuera poco es muy antipático y borde. Lo normal es hacerte esperar en recepción una media de 20min, y cuando llega lo hace perdonandote la vida y con chulería. Si no tienen ganas de trabajar ni atender a personas que no tengan un hotel...experiencia horrible y hotel para no volver. En definitiva, no tiene nada de lo que debería tener un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ni instalaciones ni servicio. Nunca volveré y recomendaré evitar ese esperpento de hotel.

Een mooi hotel met zwembad. Helaas door de Corona, waren er bijna geen gasten. Alle faciliteiten waren gesloten. De kamers waren prima, maar bijna geen personeel. Het aanwezige personeel had zich iets vriendelijker mogen opstellen.

Mala habitación y trato al cliente muy deficiente.

No lo recomiendo pada nada. Huid de ahí. A ver, no puede ser que en un hotel de 4 estrellas te pongan en una habitación de hostal (muebles antiguos, tele antigua, baño pequeño y desgastado. Sólo había un enchufe en el baño, en el dormitorio no había! ) Por no hablar del incompetente que atiende al público. No tiene tacto con los clientes, hace comentarios groseros. Deberían despedirlo fulminantemente. Conmigo ha conseguido perder ya un cliente y unos cuantos más por el boca a oreja. A lo mejor les da igual, supongo que les sobraran los clientes en temporada alta.... sinó no me explico semejante despropósto tanto en la habitación vieja como en el trato desagradable. Ahh y el hombre me cobró la tasa turística (2€) al desayuno. Se lo sacó de la manga evidentemente. Porque él mismo previamente me dijo que el desayuno costaba 10€, pero luego a la hora de cobrar me cobró 12€. Detalle más que feo por su parte.

Hotel bueno pero recepción malísima

El hotel es bonito,con parking, piscina y sauna. Tiene una parte reformada. Lo único malo es el trato de la persona de recepción que parece ser el dueño.

Todo correcto. Lo elegí por una oferta muy interesante pero resulta que era la habitación adaptada con baño adaptado y sólo ducha (sin posibilidad de colgar la ducha). Correcto pero podrían haber informado previamente.
