One of the female reception staff was very helpful when we reported the air fan in the room wasn’t working properly, she went out her way to come to the room to fix it. When it happened again, an Asian male from reception came to the room to try to fix it, however he wasn’t very pleasant, that’s when I opened the door and told him to leave.

The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality. The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room. The staff is very helpful and the location is close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade. It’s a good value and we would definitely stay again

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect.
