"The staff is lovely here, especially one woman with dark hair and glasses who was kind and very helpful. Although the place does not have amenities such as spa, pool, gym, it has a bar and small menu of food and several sitting areas out and indoors which was lovely to have a cocktail at after long days."

"The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and peaceful. The outside spaces however were dirty - the front entrance had pigeon droppings all over it, the stairs were not swept and filthy. The apartments small balcony was full of pigeon droppings and there was an ashtray full of old cigarette butts - this was particularly annoying as everytime we put our towels out to dry on the line we ended up treading pigeon droppings into the apartment. "The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it.
One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something .
I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel:
Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays.
Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening.
Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambassador Nice. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
My room was spotless and well maintained throughout my stay. I was also lucky to have a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more enjoyable.

"Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area.
Room also nicely decorated
However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third.
Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay.
Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation."

"The room was clean. The staff answered our questions we didn't interact with them much everyone was polite. We didn't opt for the breakfast. We were only staying two nights. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and there was lots of fresh towels. The fold out bed looked odd, but was quite comfortable. There wasn't much of a view... the coffee machine was a little sticky. But all in all comfortable clean pretty quiet for a Saturday night! And we all slept well."
