"The breakfast was incredible but there were no amenities to be had!! It was a very basic hotel but we can’t complain for the pricez There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was extremely disturbing "

"I upgraded to a better wing to see a better view and the room was exquisite. The staff was very nice, the housekeeping came everyday, and the shower was amazing. Overall this was a beautiful hotel, a little pressy but for the area and the view worth it. It. Also, the restaurant Aura was fantastic. Highly recommend. "

"The hotel was under renovation so that meant a lot of dust and smell all around in the hotel. I was hoping the room would be dust or smell free, but that wasn't the case. Secondly, I was given a room which was quite small and the bed was not comfortable either. I usually stay in this hotel when i travel for work and I have got much better rooms in the past, but this time the room was a disaster. The view from the window was of a dumpster can. Also, all night there was light from the lobyy which passed through the sides of the door and came through in the room, made it hard for me to sleep for even an hour all night. Its been two days since my return and I have picked up a dust allergy. Not sure how long their renos will go long, but also the room layouts and designs are very old and everything needs an upgrade. Not staying here again ever."

"Very convenient to the shopping mall, restaurant. The staff are very polite and friendly. The room is very clean and tidy. We have a very pleasant night in arbutus hotel. I will recommend everyone to try to stay. Cheers "
