"Loved it"

"Quiet room"

"Streaming didn’t work & the only thing I looked forward to was watching Hulu or Netflix. I was going to stay an extra night but chose to check out. I am now staying at a Marriott where the streaming works. I also don’t enjoy using Dove Soap; it’s too sweet/fragrant but was the only option. Bedding was great but without streaming to help relax (& not being told when I got to my room; I had to call bc I couldn’t get it to work) it was not a great stay."

"Unlike the filthy disgusting property at Heath Street, Ramada was a clean and well serviced small hotel with a basic breakfast included in the booking. There was no bar or restaurant facilities outside of the breakfast but coffee and tea available all day. Location is a bit isolated but there was a shuttle bus free to the train station and for 10$ to the airport."

"My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway, and we truly couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone for a wonderful stay—everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. The bar and pub staff were especially amazing, creating such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The entire property was spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a priority, and it made our stay feel comfortable and stress‑free....

"This is an odd place!! The location suited us and it was convenient to have a kind of kitchen. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. The room is very tired and the carpet old. The room is VERY noisy - neighbouring room and road noise. We stayed during a sporting event weekend and the price was crazy for this type of accommodation, as it was for other places too."

"The unit smelled like cigarette smoke and was not well appointed at all. The property address given was not the one where I was to stay. Instead I had to walk to a building two blocks away which was not as nice. The neighborhood felt dicey to me."

"Heath St is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Infested with rats and cockroaches in the filthy shared kitchen. One bathroom/toilet for 8 rooms. Nothing provided. No toilet paper, soap or even a towel. We left after 1 night, having paid for 8. This property should not be on Expedia list. I will be pursuing a refund when I return to the UK."

"Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

"The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !"

"Breakfast was almost nothing. It was very clean but not much to choose from. The air conditioner never got cold and made sounds all night."

"Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles."

"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"In the bathroom the bath tub needs to clean because the pipe is dripping and a huge mark is there .but away from that everything is OK"
