"My wife and I had an excellent one night stay at Skalakot Manor Hotel as part of our 12 day tour of Iceland. The hotel was great, our room was really nice and the spa was fantastic! Staff and breakfast were great too. We did a one hour horse riding tour on the morning we check out which was delightful - would highly recommend it! Daria was our guide and she was great! "

"The staff were great. The room was large, everything worked, the furniture showed signs of age, but had characture. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, especially the home cured lamb.
