"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."

"Our Lakeview room was perfect. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. This is a stunning location. I wish the weather was nicer to have a swim. Oh well, next time!!"

All the rooms have little patios which is great to enjoy the evening overlooking the mountains ! Very clean ,AC, quiet and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here "

"The host was extremely hospitable and provided a very personalised service. She was also very flexible with check in, breakfast, and check out timings, making for a very stress-free stay. Not to mention she bakes really great cakes too. The room is also very quaint, spacious, and comfortable. There’s even a jacuzzi in the room. Sappada is also a peaceful and picturesque town to stay in with landscapes of mountainous terrains surrounding this accommodation. Highly recommended and definitely would return to stay here again! "
