"Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful setting overlooking Swanage. Lovely gardens. Spa was a real treat. As with everthing not cheap, the drinks could have been priced more competitively, but most hotels have high bar prices for some reason?"

"Some Bath water leaked on to floor on emptying! Bed mattress too hard for me. Very quiet location on top floor of annexe excellent. Overall more than satisfactory. "

"Clean, spacious room. Very comfortable stay. Staff polite and helpful. Very easy access to the beach. Slightly outside of town so limited selection of restaurants and cafes locally (recommend Goat & Tricycle pub down the road), but most of what you want is within 10 minutes' walk. Breakfast is fairly expensive for a standard hotel buffet. Okay if staying for a night or two, but would suggest skipping the buffet and going to a local cafe if staying longer. Much better food (and better value!)."

"Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool several times, it's nice and warm. The rooms were clean. There was a good selection for breakfast. The hotel also has plenty of parking"

"Old Fashioned Hotel. Gardens. Right by the sea and close to the City Centre. Very good water pressure for shower. Had small double room which was fine as only there to sleep. A long walk to get to lift for my room. Charge £5 extra a day to use the pool. Exceptional service - best I've ever experienced. Stayed an extra night I was so comfortable there. Thank you."
