"Property was taken ideal for a 1 night stay Not the best neighborhood and no elevator if you’re on the 3rd floor but staff was great and carried our bags to the room and provided us with a map and suggestions on what to do and see"

"The airlines misplaced my luggage and the staff were unbelievably supportive and helpful throughout the challenges of contacting the airlines. The location of the hotel is wonderful—central but on a quiet side street. Not overly luxurious but very comfortable beds and everything you need as a traveler"

Wish I had been told at check-in there were OUTSIDE shades to block the streetlights at night (& sun at times during the day) because curtains are partially sheer. "What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!"
