"When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate! Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!"

"When we arrived to the room there was a full fridge of food left from the previous guests and the coffee maker in the room still had grounds in it from them also. The phone didn't work in the room. The jets didnt work in the hot tub. "

"Check in was super easy. The front desk staff was super helpful and suggested the free shuttle when I asked about Uber. The room was clean and comfy. Dave the shuttle driver was awesome, he made the trip to Fiserv (and back) enjoyable and kept our crew safe. Check out was easy. The only thing: says parking onsite, I never did see that it's $20 to park in the ramp/garage. No big deal, it was safe parking. "
