Wonderful people and service, clean, quiet and near to good restaurants and beach and by following the habor boardwalk 15 min. you are in the city center near the cathedral...i had a great time and would come back anytime in this hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (they assisted me with getting a taxi to the airport when I was having trouble.) Overall, the value for the price was great. The room/hotel was decently clean and the shower had hot water. One thing to note is there aren’t bedside lamps or charging ports for your phone. It is very close to the Malecón.

housekeeping staff was excellent! friendly and kept room clean. for the price you can't expect too much. the location was excellent. i would suggest disposing of any sheets that have stains, even though they might be "clean", no one wants to see that. this was the case with us. the towels while not scratchy, replace the ones that appear dingy. should use fitted sheets on the bed covering the mattress, not the flat sheet. We tried to call the hotel to confirm our registration was good but no one ever answered the phone. we thought that was strange. they then responded by email. most of the people at the front desk were friendly except for one lady she was kind of mean and when we went out, she took our room key to hold until we came back. the other people working the front desk did not do that. all that being said, we would stay there again because of the location, price and housekeeping staff. but will ask for a room on an upper floor, not the first level, the room faced the side street where you can't open the curtain for natural light because it's facing the sidewalk where people walk by.

The rooms looked like if that hotel was na maintain for year, furniture with peeled countertop, refrigerator was not working and really noisy, the second day all the area where we were staying energy went off and had no water, the person in charge told us the we had to look for another place to stay, literally kicked us out of the hotel, none cooperative

Not a place for 5⭐-travelers... But ideal for... One night place to crash, backpackers on a budget.. or last place if other hotels are overbooked. - no restaurant, no other towels but just one basic. Good location and------- basically a bare bones hotel..

No me gusto que No hay flexibilidad para poder hacer check in, debe ser afuerza a las 3 pm ,y la mayoria de viajeros llegamos muy temprano y no podemos entrar hasta esa hora , ademas son instalaciones viejas ,asi como los muebles , aire acondicionado tv.. el duelo o los dueños le deben invertir un poco mas para arreglar sus instalaciones

Estuvo cordial la estancia, el trato del personal amable,toallas limpias y camas cómodas y limpias. Abastecimientos de papel higiénico, jabones y shampoo todos los días al limpiar la habitación. Aire acondicionado excelente, televisión por cable sin ningún problema al igual que la conexión a internet. Sin duda volvería a estar en este hotel.

Hôtel bon marché, on ne s'attend pas à du luxe mais quand même un minimum de propreté. Draps tachés, rideaux tachés et cassés, chaise tachée, meubles à moitié cassés, sol mal nettoyé, mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, ça fait beaucoup !
