"I stayed in room 316 and the room had mildew and smelled very bad. I told the staff about the status of the room and all they offered was a deep clean. There was dust on the night stand and spider web on the labs. There was too much moisture in the room. The food and drinks were okay."

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"Hotel is in what they call old city (area looks colonial). There are many stores in the area for shopping. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and I had a great time using the on site spa. The rooftop restaurant had good food and live entertainmen. The hotel was well kept. "

"The Hotel is situated in a good and safe neighborhood! The interior is beautiful. We had reserved a room for 3 people as a family in a room with a king size bed. All 3 persons were charged for the room. When we came to the room after checking-in, there was no additional bed prepared. We had to tell them to do so. Without being informed previously we were charged 30 $ per night for the bed. This is not a large amount but the lack of information is desturbing. The room is basic, lacking little...

"Excellent location, within walking distance to nice restaurants and points of interest in casc section of the city. Rooms are big and facility is well maintained. Didn’t hear any noise at night. I was staying in the main building, second building is across the street, restaurant and roof top bar are located in this area. Only negative is that room lacked windows, that’ why I gave it a 4."

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

"Central Panama hotel was fantastic. Right across from the Herrera Central Park where all kinds of events happen. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Live soft music plays in the lobby every day, wheater a guitar, piano or trumpet players suit the guests ears while they dine or relax. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff are very kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay 😀"

"Wow! Just a couple of blocks from the Casco Viejo this place is a gem. Large modern apartments at a very affordable price. Nice pool to enjoy and beat the heat. Bikes available. The concierge service is outstanding."
