"Very nice hotel that is right by Ventura pier and in the heart of downtown Ventura. It is a bit hidden which was actually kind of nice and the pedestrian bridge to get to the pier and beach is only a 10 minute walk. The room was very spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave which was awesome. The beds were fine and the only thing that was bit strange was the carpet was moist when we first got into the room but after a few hours it was dry. "The property was in an amazing location and was walkable to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking and unloading luggage was easy as well. Plenty of dining options in the vicinity. The beds were very comfortable and the ocean view was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was amazing! I read the comments before about the breakfast coupons, that's not true anymore this place has a new breakfast dining section with great options for 3 star hotel (waffles, eggs, bacon etc.). Shout out to Cristal for taking care of everyone in the morning at breakfast. Rooms were nice and clean."

"Wonderful hotel. Kitchens too!! Nice owners very welcoming. We had 3 beds for larger family and another room with one bed both rolls had full kitchens and very nice!! Great location too. "

"Everything was great except a problem with the a/c control which kept room far too cod and also noisy. I reported the issue to front desk where my concern was professionally noted and reported. Later the day of checkout, I caalled the GM who graciously approved a rate discount for the inconvenience. Grace was the GM and Johnny helped me. Very impressed with the proper degree of concern and professionalism and both Individuals were exceptionally courteous."
