"Hotel is right next to a state park with the beach a 5 minute walk from the hotel - there are several dining options across the road - again walkable- and the hotel restaurant had a great breakfast. "

"Property great location great random people pulling in and out of parking lot and making noise all night other than that staff great rooms clean and close to beach "
"I stayed 4 nights. Parking was a breeze and close walking location to Ventura Pier (ocean) was nice.
Motel is more meager than what I am used to. The property is older, shower is small, and there's no soundproofing between the walls.
However, for a basic place to stay that's cheaper than alternatives, it met my needs. Would stay again."
