"Absolutely lovely. Our room was MASSIVE, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were kind and accommodating. We also utilized the spa and gym. The massages were top notch. The gym was just okay, and lacked equipment for fitness fanatics, but had enough to get by. We will certainly be back to this hotel. "

"Temperature of the hotel was too hot; made it difficult to asleep. Had to turn the air-con unit off, as its min temp was 20°C. Decor was tired with lots of chips to the paint work. Chipped marble entrance step was replaced whilst we were staying, so some effort is being made to improve appearances. Need to focus on rooms and corridors. Spa facilities was sparse - one sauna in the gym, ground floor; one hot tub on the rooftop, 8th floor. Made logistics of enjoying them tricky. No complementary...

"The cleaning service was terrible. We stayed here for 6 days and our bed sheets never once got changed, even after asking. They remade the bed with the same sheets, never cleaned the bathroom, didn’t clean floors/tables. The AC in the hotel was off and it was extremely hot in our room. The front desk basically told us to deal with it. Staff at the breakfast bar in the morning were rude to us daily.
