First i never received communication from the host, arriving in Venice I had to call to see what the instructions were since I did not receive anything from them, once I called they sent me the instructions and it was easy to find and get to the place, the first thing when I arrived in my reservation was the name of a room and they assigned me another one,from there I think everything started badly, in general the place is very well located it has excellent access To everything you need and in Venice, but in itself as a service and the value of what one pays for the place is not worth it, I did not spend much time in the apartment I only used it to get to sleep, but I had problems with the bathroom since it was difficult when one flushed the water so that the waste would go away, in both bathrooms the doors of the shower did not work properly and the water poured into the floor, it is very uncomfortable to be in a place that demands a lot of you and has Many rules, but they don't give you attention or at least a place that works properly, I read some answers that the person in charge of the place gave to other comments where she said that people expect a 5-star treatment and you are not paying for that, but I consider that answer is very bad because although it is true a 5-star place is more expensive, it is also true that the price of this place is not so cheap for what it offers and apart from that they do not even give you the treatment Adequate.
