Really lovely place and area, slightly dusty but it added to the ancient vibes! The host was really responsive and kind.

Very clean lodging in the center of Venice. Great location close to everything needed during my visit. I was very satisfy with my 4 night stay & I will be happy to come back - highly recommend this apartment for the vacation in Venice. Big thank you to the host Marco!

Le Check-in et le Check-out étaient autonomes et simples. La climatisation nous a sauvés durant notre séjour à Venise étant donné que c’était l’été. La salle de bain et la chambre était spacieuse, et l’appartement était très bien situé. Près du Pont Rialto à pieds tout en étant dans un coin calme.

L’emplacement est excellent. On était à quelques pas du resto ( top 10)recommandés à Venise. Tranquille. Air climatise( un peu brouillant mais fonctionnel). Lit très cofortsbles. Salle de bain propre.

Great location. Kindly accommodated my early check in request after an international flight. My only small complain is that it’s very noisy - original beautiful floors, and doors create this problem- maybe ask guests to be a little more mindful

Highly recommended! Tucked away on a quiet walkway, but close to the beaten path between the Train Station and the Rialto Bridge, walkable to Piazza San Marco, and a bit further to the Biennale Gardens (Giardini). Wonderfully clean, large lovely apartment and small kitchen and lounge. Comfy large bed in a bedroom with two windows. Our host MARINA was most welcoming, kind and informative. We loved returning after a day of exploring the wonders of Venice. Fairly close is the Campo San Giacomo dell'orio with 3 restaurants, a co-op market, a fantastic natural gelato (ice cream) store just off the square, and a lovley church. We loved everything about our stay for almost a week. Grazie Marina!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke entfernt. Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Bad neu eingerichtet. Durch die kleinen Gassen erschienen vorbeigehende Passanten sehr laut, auch nachts. Oropax sind empfehlenswert.

Location was fantastic, nice and clean. We had the deluxe room and it was huge. Towels, Fridge, TV, kettle, mugs and wine glasses all in the room. I love the fact that everything was no further than 15-20 minutes walk. Would definitly recommend to anyone staying in Venice My only critisism was that the bed sheets were really thin and when we asked for more we were told they didnt have any.

Old world charm with modern amenities

Beatiful room in a quiet area but within minutes of St Mark's Square. The room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, small seating area, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. WiFi worked well. There was a small hiccup with the shower and no hot water but the owner responded to my message promptly and we had hot water in less than a half hour.

Lovely Room on third floor. We stayed in Catriona Room. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was strong smell of sewage in bathroom. Everything was very clean though. We took it in stride and kept the door to the bathroom closed. Sound carried in the apartments, but we took this in stride. We got a good price on the room in Venice. Loved Venice.

Tras un incidente con el alojamiento reservado, Expedia nos reubicó en éste y he de decir que hemos estado muy bien. La habitación muy espaciosa (con neverita, hervidor, tazas, copas, té y Nescafé ) y el baño, aunque estaba fuera, completamente nuevo. Todo estaba muy limpio y calentito (hacia mucho frío fuera). Otro buen detalle es que, en la zona común, había cafetera y café. Se agradece. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque las escaleras pesan un poco después de tantas caminatas y el edificio no está muy bien mantenido. Por lo demás estupendo.

Bad location. It is very difficult to access from the Airort with the giving instructions. No permanent lights in the entrance to open the lock for the key and open the room door, basically when you arrive at night. When I reserved I didn’t know that the room is located in the third floor (45 steps) The room ventilation is poor and there were mosquitoes. No soap in the shower. I’m very disappointed with the conditions.

The room and bathroom were excellent for cleanliness. The location of the property was perfect. There was some confusion initially about the code for the door, but I was able to communicate with the property easily through whatsapp. I would definitely stay here again.
