This is a good location, close to the tram to go into Venice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had an early flight and they got us a shuttle and packed us a breakfast box. The hotel could use a bit of updating but it’s clean had all the amenities and even some Easter goodies in each room

When we checked in the young man was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. I really liked the shower! The lady day we went to breakfast at 7:30 (opened at 7) and everything was almost gone —they had a bus tour there but we were disappointed that morning. The other mornings it was fine with a big selection. Good location for taking the tram into Venice.

Pls don’t book this hotel until unless you want to ruin your holiday. I have not seen worse room than this hotel. Water dripping in room, AC not working, shower handle broken, used towel kept in the bathroom, broken shower, locker broken, misty and smelly rooms & on top of it lights not workin. Fuimos solo por una noche. La atención del personal muy buena, pudimos dejar las maletas y el coche hasta las 18 hs sin problemas, el desayuno correcto. Lo único que no le vendría mal es modernizarlo un poco, es una pena porque los servicios son de 4* pero la imagen no.
