"A high rating for a BARE BONES room with simple decor and no tv because of the location and price. It is right next to the bus stop, people mover, and water taxi. A little market to buy water/groceries is nearby too. Ideal location for cruisers with big bags and those who are fine with the very basics who want to stay in Venice. The breakfast was simple and sufficient to start the day. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The staff was friendly. "

"Beautiful and secluded stay in the beautiful Dobbiaco. Included a delicious breakfast and had helpful staff. Beautiful property surrounded by stunning Dolomite views and the sound of cows with bells. It was a perfect to location to hike Tre Cime Lavaredo, and to explore Cortina & Dobbiaco!"

"Perfect location next to the train station if you are only popping in Venice. We had a view room to a canal and bridge which was a perfect start to an Italian trip. Worth the extra. Room was small but clean with large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and had both eggs and fruit… not just pastries. I would stay in this view suite again. "

"Check in staff was wonderful; very welcoming and professional. The location to all the happenings in Venice was perfect. The young lady at the desk helped us to find all we were hoping to check off of our list of things to accomplish. The room was very plush and offered several appointments, in terms of toiletries and such. I would select this hotel over and over again. "

"Self check-in was a breeze. The room was well appointed, the bed and linens were very comfortable. The tram to Venice was just a short walk away and the area had plenty of cafe’s and Patisseries close by. There’s also an automatic espresso machine in the lobby ready to make any kind of coffee you can imagine. We loved our stay there after our cruise. "

"This property was an incredible hidden surprise. It is tucked away, but when we entered our room, it was adorable and welcoming. The decor made us feel like royalty. Our room had accents of gold and so charming. The bathroom was modern and very roomy. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy on our 3 week holiday. The staff was incredible! I would visit Venice again just to stay here. Con-no elevator"

"My stay with my 2 teenage girls was amazing at Casa Kirsch. The hotel is modern & clean. The location is incredible being very centrally located to everything. It was a 3 or 4 minute walk to St Marco square. A couple minute walk to the water bus or water taxi’s. Only a few steps to bakeries & restaurants etc. The people running the hotel were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. All of our luggage was lost for a few days while in Venice & they were very accommodating to...

"Very kind/friendly staff. Very clean and the included breakfast was amazing! Tucked in and fairly private. Restaurant below and a great view of the rialto bridge from the nearby dock. Air conditioning worked well. Would recommend!! "
