"Winter stay in the room facing the canal. The Junior suite selection with breakfast Pros: classic venetian feel, great vibe. Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! (Fizzy drinks, beers, juices, nespresso, mineral water). Cons Tiny bit difficult to find Breakfast menu...

"The place is clean and staff are very helpful. Because of small street and all the bridges. The only down side is hard to find. Have to use GPS. It's good for value. "

"The staff were so nice and helpful. The location central, but busy. The breakfasts and breakfast service were great. The room was comfortable but the matress was hard. It could have used a memory foam topper. The lights in the room were inadequate. I needed to use a headlap to read. I'd say the lights were an issue; the room was dim. But overall I liked it alot."

"Breakfast was outstanding! Amazing selection with service for coffee and eggs. Within walking distance to the train station and bus station. Don't be fooled and take a taxi unless you really feel you need to because it much faster and closer to walk. You have to walk in most of Venice, and cars can't drive by the hotel, so you're better off walking. Friendly and helpful staff. They do have quite a few steps to get up to the hotel but they are quick to help you with luggage if you ask. The room...

"The room was very clean and comfortable, super close to the train station, close to the ferry and the bus station. Good restaurant arround the area, the room was quiet and dark at night to have a good night sleep, we had an electric kettle, tea and coffee in the room, the bed was very comfortable "

"Wonderfully spacious suite with 2 separate bedrooms and a large sitting area in main bedroom. Fantastic views from our suite ( Salute) of Salute church and Guggenheim just opposite. Quiet square but 10 minutes wark to St Marks. Right by Accademia bridge to cross Grand Canal"

"Very friendly staff, assisted with our luggage which was wonderful and got our tv working. Room was quaint with modern bathroom but some steps inside require you to be alert as they are hard to notice ( maybe signage). Overall would stay again definitely."
