"The staff was terrific. It is an old monastery from the 19th century that was made into a hotel property so some things about the room you have to accept. It was very European as a hotel, with modern amenities and good internet, quite courtyard. The breakfast 7-10 am was excellent. Location was great, very near restaurants, the water buses/water taxis and on the Grand Canal. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Shuttle options are great to have although the hotel is farther from central location however having the train on the back of the hotel is great! Buffett breakfast good. They also have flight schedules avail in the lobby. The bedroom curtain looks old and not hang properly. "
