"Fabulous experience in this beautifully restored monastery, only an 8 min walk from the bus terminal. It is close to a vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal, but it’s very quiet and off the busy thoroughfare. The staff was supremely friendly and helpful AND they include in the cost of lodging free luggage storage and probably the best breakfast we’ve ever eaten in our extensive travels. Did I mention that the bed was more comfortable than at home? Only regret is that we couldn’t have stay longer."

"Everything was excellent but the location was the best part. Close enough to train station making it easy to get to hotel on first day with luggage (10 min walk). It is in front of the canal with water bus stop to St Marcos and to Murano in less than 2 min walk. It is far from main streets which helped for quiet good night sleep (went to bed 9pm due to time change). Staff was very friendly and helpful.. like everyone of them. "El hotel está excepcionalmente situado. Si es cierto que no hay ascensor, son todo escaleras, que el mobiliario es antiguo, no hay servicio de limpieza diario y la recepción está abierta de 9:30 a 15h, pero está súper limpio, la chica de recepción es amabilísima y si se necesitan más toallas o cualquier cosa, te las da encantada. Ubicación ideal y limpieza de las habitaciones es lo que más destacaría, así como el precio de la habitación."
