"Beautiful property, right there in grand canal which makes it walkable to all the interest places in Venezia. Convenient to arrive and depart since water taxis can pick you up front. The room was amazongtwith a view to the grand canal, very safe area with lots of dining options. Staff is wonderful, especially the guys at the bar, amazing service. Breakfast was also great!"

Si es cierto que no hay ascensor, son todo escaleras, que el mobiliario es antiguo, no hay servicio de limpieza diario y la recepción está abierta de 9:30 a 15h, pero está súper limpio, la chica de recepción es amabilísima y si se necesitan más toallas o cualquier cosa, te las da encantada. Ubicación ideal y limpieza de las habitaciones es lo que más destacaría, así como el precio de la habitación."
