Interhotel Veliko Tarnovo
The hotel is old and has not been repaired. Rooms are small and have no hot water. The only plus is that it is the center. I would not go to this hotel for the second time.

The receptionist was excellent. As a foreigner, her welcome and kindness was above and beyond, thank you kindly. The rest of the staff were also amazing.
