"This is a very convenient location if you are going to a concert in Rogers Arena for sure! The rooms are small but comfortable bed and clean. The two restaurants are good enough and in general, the location is great. The parking is getting revamp, I assume, and it's very tricky coming in and out of the place. They were also accommodating me in extending an hour for late checkout."

"We were greeted by Demetre who was possibly the friendliest most welcoming host we have ever dealt with in 40 years of travelling. Staff can make a huge difference and he went the extra mile. He is an amazing asset for a beautiful hotel. This man should be a manager or get a raise immediately. Gold floor was outstanding, hot tub and pool were clean and beautiful. Beds and sheets were SO comfortable. This was a 10 out of 10 experience!! Thank you."
