Booked because it was close to the cruise terminal. Room was clean and smelled nice. The location was great, within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. The morning after, front desk staff were helpful in holding luggage prior to me boarding the ship.

The hotel was gorgeous and the location was perfect for a rainy weekend in Vancouver. Conveniently located near all the skytrain lines. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I will say it does get very noisy because there are events downstairs, offices, and in downtown. So I did hear ambulances and police sirens going off all night, even on the 11th floor. So do keep that in mind if you would like a quiet stay.

Our room was very nice. Plenty of room. Nice large living area with beautiful views of the port & ocean. The hotel was very clean and it’s so close to the port, we were able to walk all our luggage there within a few minutes. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for any occasion and especially if you plan on boarding a cruise ship at the port.

Great stay in Vancouver

A lovely stay here. Great room on the 11th floor overlooking Canada place and the harbour. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Used the health club too to swim & play squash. Great pub next door for food.
