There was an electric power outage more than 3 hours the night I stayed. I called the front desk, she was a bit mean to answer my inquiry. I suggest if there is a situation like power outage, they must provide emergency lights to every room or could help us to open the windows. Hotel must prepared ...

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
The room was tiny and we had to share the bathroom with a guest in different room. For 350 U$, it was a bad experience. However, I guess hotels are generally expensive in Vancouver.
