"The hotel is older but refreshed with comfortable beds, nice washrooms and big screen tv's. The shower products smell so nice, and the shower pressure is strong and hot. The staff and friendly and accommodating. There was a hiccup on the day we requested a room clean and they took care of it right away with a smile! Unfortunately, our challenges were more with the infrastructure of an older building. The parking is down a hill and the hotel is not accessible - lots of ledges and steps that make navigating the premise with physical limitations tiring. There's also a lot of noise transfer within the property - so pack some ear plugs."
