"They offer a discounted price at a nearby parking lot. However, be careful parking directly in front of the hotel to drop off any luggage. We asked the hotel staff at front desk if it was okay to park there for 2 minutes to check in and retrieve the discounted parking and they said it was alright, but we received a $115 parking fine within that time frame it took us to check in. "

"The staff didn’t allow me to check in 1 hour early on a weekday… this is the first hotel that hasn’t let me checked in early, especially 1 hour early. The room was very dirty. The hotel is located in a sketchy area. It’s technically walking distance from Times Square, but I would not recommend walking to this hotel at night because it’s in a sketchy area."

"I really did enjoy my stay at Arlo Soho. The staff was sweet and sufficient at the front desk. Check In/Out was easy and smooth. Turn down service could use some new recommendations but I received what i asked. The hotels’ restaurant Linden’s and it’s staff were pleasant, tentative and thoughtful.
I would recommend it.

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out!
