Amazing experience for the money. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good, you can visit the malls and the city centre easily. The breakfast is plentiful. Overall good experience, no complaints.

Good location, nice staff

The hotel is close to the city centre and Bazar, 2-10 minute by walk. But as same as other Kurdish city, the area is so quiet, so I can't hear any disturbing sound from outside. They offer car parking by free. The staffs are kind and helpful. There is a tasty restaurant and café just front of the hotel. The room was a bit cold (I was in beginning of January) , but it is affordable. You can have breakfast on the top floor with beautiful mountain view.

The overall experience was good! Breakfast was sufficient and I had everything I needed during my stay. Reception of WiFi was weak around my bed but it was ok when getting closer to the room door. Some attention is needed to certain furniture as well as toilet paper.

Reception was great but the cleaning team were awful, there is no air conditioning, old fridges witch dont work properly and there are onlt fans in rooms for cooling system, if i was to rate and give stars i would say it is a very old brocken inn , not recommended at all

Mit ophold på park hotel i Van Tyrkiet.

Jeg opholdt mig på hotellet i 5 dage og så ikke en eneste rengøringspersonale i disse dage. Ingen bar ingen service, beskidt badeværelse tildækket af svampe i hjørnerne, fattige morgenmad uden drikke varer kun vand on te ingen kaffe ingen morgen juice. Jeg vil aldrig igen vælge dette hotel for ophold. Håndklæder blev ikke udskifte meget lille fjernsyn gammel facilitet stik kontakterne var ved at falde af plads.
