"Staff helped me after my passport and cell phone was stolen on the metro in Porto. Embassy closed today and Rayanaire would no let me on the plane so came back to Hostel and they printed out my bus ticket to Madrid. They even got me an Uber to go to the police station to report the theft. "

"What a great find. Priced very reasonably, easy to find. Extremely clean. Good breakfast choices included in the price, a garden to relax in as well as a sitting room. However what made our stay exceptional was Suzane who welcomed us , looked after us, recommended restaurants and made phone calls for us. She is fantastic."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette auberge au milieu des vignes. Le responsable des lieux qui parle français est très sympathique, les personnes qui s’occupent du ménage et de la cuisine également. L’ambiance est calme et apaisée, la piscine est top.
