"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. "

"It’s absolutely ridiculous there is only street parking and the guest has to pay to park in the parking lot. A customer is already paying for the hotel, parking should be included instead of stressing about if you’re going to find a spot on the street"

"The place is very well located and great value for money. The only grouse I have is lack of housekeeping. For a family of 5, daily housekeeping is much needed - what with changing towels, beverages etc. When I asked the Front Desk about it, I was told it's done every other day and were surprised nobody told me about it during check-in. But other than this - our stay was very comfortable."

"When we got to the suites, we were a little disappointed on the age of the carpeting and the decor, but that would be OK. I was checking in at the front desk and I asked the attendant for a luggage cart as we had a full SUV he allowed another party of people that was behind us to stay at the counter listening to the details of my phone number, etc., and when I mention the cart and asked him to go retrieve one, the party behind us bolted for the hallway and retrieve the only cart available so...

"I don't like being charged $12 per day to park at a hotel in the suburbs where there is plenty of parking. This isn't in the middle of a city where parking is an issue."

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

"Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at."
