"From the time we arrived our experience was perfect! The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately forgot his name) was so welcoming and respectful! The lower level spa pool was such a special experience and the rooftop & pool was perfect as well. Located on a very quiet street in Valetta it was close to the main gate of Valetta, the Co-Cathedral and so many special places in Valetta. Although we stayed here for only one night (our first night in Malta it was special and unforgettable!"

"Nice staff. Continental breakfast was not to my liking but would be for most people. Had a varied choice though. I was in the grande suite and the noise levels were unbearable. Constant beeping if cars and could hear the bars. Did not sleep much. I only mentioned this to the manager on checking out as thought there was no point in complaining as they only had one grand suite which I’d pay for. Would not stay here again. Room was nice. "The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado cerca de Barrakas Garden, cerca de la calle principal, de la Cocatedral, cerca de todo muy centrico. El personal del Hotel fue muy amable todos los dias, en especial Pam, Hanna and Kamal (chef), siempre estaban pendientes si necesitabamos algo, nos llevaban cafe, incluso hasta nos regalaron un pastel delicioso de naranja que fue una sorpresa cuando llegamos a nuestro cuarto uno de los dias. "Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in."
