Room was spacious and clean, I would have preferred a double but twin was fine and didn't interfere with my sleep. Bathroom was modern with a Rainfall ceiling mounted shower head. There was a Nespresso machine and fridge for making coffee and storing drinks and snacks. Located near the parliament building and a plethora of eateries and sights.

The apartment was fantastic, having a separate sitting area and kitchen was perfect for us. Lots of plugs, tv and excellent shower. Loved the balcony. The only minor issue was it’s in a pedestrianised street, so it was a walk uphill with suitcases to access the hotel and our airport transport. But it was a small price to pay. Staff were smashing and the location is brilliant

The breakfast is included and it’s very big. The property AC works more than fine and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom is big and it’s spacious. The customer service is far beyond than good!!

The location is great and my room was clean and comfortable. The two staff members I saw were helpful and friendly. You order breakfast in your room from a checklist. It was basic, but that wasn’t a problem for me.

Good value, modern, central hotel

Great, centrally located, hotel. All main sites within walking distance as is the port if you want to venture further afield. Room was fairly small but clean, modern, and well equipped. Breakfast was provided by Starbucks (which is directly below the hotel) and was varied and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Good value overall.

Wonderful stay. Right in the center of town. You can walk to the shops and ferries and more. Would stay here again. Loved the two bedroom set up with the Murphy bed. Excellent for a small family. Very safe.

Great place to stay in Valletta

We really enjoyed our stay in Melior during our visit to Malta. One of us participated in a international academic conference in the Valletta campus but one of us was along for just the holiday and the hotel worked really well for us location-wise and with all it's amenities. Even though we follow a pescaterian diet, the breakfast had plenty of options for us and for us ordering the breakfast the previous evening and having it delivered to the room worked really well. The airconditioning worked really well and even though accessing the hotel at first through the Starbucks lobby felt weird, you got used to it really quickly and the system worked really well even when the cafe was closed. The rooms were clean, airconditioning worked really well and both the bathroom and the rain shower were nice. All in all, great experience!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location was good but the experience was let down by lack of access information by the booking agent who failed to give adequate information about access, or provisions for late arrival. Our flight was delayed and there was no way to communicate with anyone re access to the hotel after Starbucks closed at 11pm. We were not informed prior to departure from London that access to the hotel was via Starbucks or that there was a 24-hour presence. The phone number provided online cut out and no answer service was initiated. Now I know the above processes, I’d be happy to use the hotel again but it caused a lot of stress initially.
