"Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all...

"The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots."

"Me gustó que está a pie de playa, que te incluye desayuno y comida, aunque no hay mucha variedad en desayunos, casi siempre es lo mismo y te sirven muy pero muy poquito. Deberían de tener más variedad y que uno se pudiera servir. Que incluyera las bebidas aunque aumentaran la tarifa del hotel, ya que las bebidas que pides que no sean en el restaurante tienen costo extra, peor en general todo bien"

"Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five."
