"Before booking, one should make sure that it is not a hotel, but an individual apartment on the farm. Nothing around, no place for breakfast. The internet Wifi did not work. Had to call to get the AC turned on, but they did it. You can communicate only with a lady over the phone, nobody onsite to communicate with in english. At least 3-4 kms from the town. "Agritisimo Il Colombaiolo is situated in the most stunningly beautiful landscape I have ever seen. The accommodation itself matches that beauty. "We stayed in this wonderful agriturismo as part of our honeymoon. The area around and the view over the Tuscan hillsides is absolutely gorgeous. "We had a fantastic stay at Le Ragnaie in Montalcino! The location is great for accessing wineries and surrounding area. It was peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated for exploring the region. "This is the 4th time we stayed in this hotel . I love the fact that it’s like a retreat hotel . You are there to relax and soak yourself to the natural hot spring . The restaurant have fabulous healthy breakfast and dinner . I love Val D’Orcia . It’s a relaxing town with beautiful scenery and same time so close to Montalcino and the surrounding well known and one of the best Brunello makers . Not forget to mention the underrated but very nice town , San Querico . Also love the neighbor Pienza ....
