"Cannot fault anything. From the email communication to our checkout- everything was seamless and individualised. We were so pleased to stay here for 2 nights with our 2 young kids. They loved it too. The whole grounds and rooms were well looked after We are coming back!!!"

"The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car."

"The AC was not working the first night. Was fixed by the next evening. The toilet bowl was leaking. I reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a very limited selection to choose from."

"Everything was fine, but I do have a small suggestion. The staff did not check the room during our five-day stay. We only needed bathroom tissues and towels to be replenished, and there was no telephone in the room to contact the caps or family. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment—I loved it. This is just a suggestion for improvement, but overall, it was a very good experience."

"Room was ok but missing basic additions like dishwashing liquid and wipes. Drain in shower kept blocking up. Staff were excellent and room was cleaned daily, great location. "

"Staying at Faith Accommodation was pleasant. So pleasant that I upgraded my room and extended my stay. I stayed in the Double room first, then the Triple room. The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in.
