"The only thing that was a negative about my stay was when checking in the host handed me earplugs because apparently my floor was loud. I then proceeded to understand it was due to the elevators so while trying to sleep, we heard elevators, going up and down all night long. The overall stay was great, but I would’ve liked a heads up on the location of the room since it was myself and my daughter and we had trouble sleeping due to all the noise because of the elevators."

"The location is horrible. The main entrance is a two way street so small to get through traffic. The hotel was doing construction where my room was located. Could barely get to my room. Woke up ants in the bathroom and while my kids were playing hide and seek there was a dead roach by the bed with ants. I will never stay there again. No apology when I showed the manager the picture of the roach with ants. When I gave her my room number she already knew I had ants in my bathroom but didn’t even...

"They are under construction. No ice machine, even though there is a fridge in the room that makes ice, but it takes hours before fridge made ice. They need an ice machine. Pool is crazy small, room was nice. Shower only with no tub. Updates in room were very nice. Bed has no blanket. They are like sheets. No extra blanket in closet. Did have iron n ironing board. Did like the Dove lotion shampoo n body wash. Close to Starbucks!"

"My worst experience at a Hilton Garden Inn: 1. the mattress was completely worn, uneven and lumpy. 2. The polyester sheets were threadbare. 3. The pillows (4) were all lumpy and old. 5. The room faced the freeway on one side and the elevator and ice machine were on the other side, creating a humm all night. 5. The lotion vessel was empty (room service did come up with another bottle). That being said, the facility is clean. The made to order breakfast was very nice."

"Was there 5 days and they never cleaned my room, the carpet was dirty, I would have to beg and get mad for clean towels and wash rags, they would say they didn’t have any. It looks and sounds like if you don’t pay them for the room instead of getting it cheaper they don’t treat you good. The good things they say on the reviews are not true, i say stay away from them and go somewhere else"

"Expect a rock as a bed with dirty sheets, sandpaper for towels no mirrors inside except for bathroom, parked my freshly detailed car overnight to wake up with full of grass debris that the landscape crew left. Horrible rude front desk guy expect a $60 CASH deposit aswell. Interior is Mickey moused repairs with holes in shower curtain. Stay away!!!"

"Had the room been properly cleaned and the bedding changed, many of these concerns could have been avoided. I also believe guests should be notified in advance when major amenities, such as the Jacuzzi, are not working, as some guests choose the hotel specifically because of those features. In addition, ongoing construction resulted in phone calls and parking changes that disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay.
