Servis Apartment di Uzbekistan

"The Istaravshan Apartments were in an excellent location in the centre of the Tashkent City Park area and close to a Metro Station. There are Restaurants, Cafe's and shops in the vicinity of the Apartments and they are very close to the Tashkent City Park with its nightly Water Feature Shows. The Apartments are linked to the Holiday Inn Hotel for breakfasts. The Apartment was clean and well maintained during my stay."

"Apartment is spacious, beds are very comfortable. Big refrigerator, stove, microwave. The problem is that there is no cookware, so if you want to cook anything, you have to buy cookware. Also, we had 3 people staying in, but only two big towels. It took two days for staff to get us third towel. Also breakfast is barely passable. The biggest issue for me was that everything was cold, The few dishes, that should be hot, were cold. Very few choices. Very disappointing. Receptionist was not...

"Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...

"Great location; however, the hotel needs a good refresher. "

"C'est dans le NestOne building que ce trouve les apparthotels .. gigantesque hall , la réception des appartements est à droite après le Lobby de l'immeuble . L'appartement est magnifique . Le métro Station Ouzbekistan est devant l'immeuble et le CityMall à 5 min. Échanges efficaces et rapides avec la gestion des apparts qui vous donne tout renseignement nécessaire comme ou petit déjeuner. Et la vue du 48 étage est sublime"

"Very difficult to find the place. It is not a hotel, the address is incorrect, and unless you call the owner there is no signage or anything to indicate where to go. Every time I called the hotel I got a different person with different information and instructions. Very poor communications and lots of confusion. The apartment, on the other hand, is excellent. Very well equipped and furnished."

"My family and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Based on our positive experience, we would certainly recommend this property to others."

"到着時、フロントに鍵がかかってました。オーナーに電話することで事なきを得ましたが、電話番号の無いSIMカードを利用していたら解決できなかったと思います。また、夕方に停電しました。一度復旧しましたが、深夜に再度停電。朝までエアコン無しの暗い部屋で過ごしました。"

"I will diffidently come back and stay again at this hotel. The location is close to all attraction spots. I just think the kitchen needs more cooking dishes if you are planning to cook, otherwise there is the Plov lounge and restaurant across the street. Thanks to all the staff there."
