"We stayed at this property during our group OAT tour and then returned after visiting Okayama and Nioshima for two days. The hotel is excellent and the breakfast buffet amazing! Plus, the hotel was very gracious about letting us store some of our luggage during the two days when we were not in Kyoto. The hotel location is also excellent, a convent one block from Kyoto's amazing train terminal. -Carl and Beth Shuman"

"Great welcome at check in. Lovely large, spotless room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, sofa and desk. Great bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer provided. We used the washers/dryers on floor 2 which worked well. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, all very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. Great location, a short walk from the main rail station. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"The train station is literally a hallway away from outside of the building! It was super convenient, and for a hotel room of this size the price was very fair. The hotel is also close to the Kyōto imperial palace, which is definitely worth visiting. For the washing machines, they definitely work well however there are only about 3 so waiting times were a bit of a hassle.
