Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day. "Great hotel, the best we have had yet. No shuttle from the airport though. We walked from the airport (40mn) but it was a bit squetchy in some parts. You can take the A2 bus almost directly to this hotel. We had a room with partial sea view. It was an amazing view of the pool area and the sea.
