Hotels in Usaquén, Bogotá

"My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at Biohotel and we highly recommend anyone reading this review to choose this hotel when visiting Usaquen in Colombia as this was our 5th time staying there. Our trip started out by being warmly greeted by Staff 1, the Guest Service Coordinator. In the reception area after checking in, Staff 2 took us to our room and made us feel ooh so welcome. Throughout our stay we were taken care of by Staff 3, 4 and 5. Staff 6 did everything from showing us how to properly use the cable television to assisting us with enjoying the amazing roof top Jacuzzi and cleaning our heating fan. Staff 4 guided us as to how to see the city and gave us directions to the beautiful and immaculate “Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Torcoroma” church and the Ara and Carulla supermarkets located nearby. In the mornings, we were taken care of by the dining manager Staff 7 and our attendants Staff 8, 9 and 10. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety to choose from, from eggs, soup and food to fruit, pastry, bread and desserts. Walk with a coat though, it’s gets cold (typically 9 degrees Celsius) in the morning. Back in our room, Staff 11and Staff 12 kept our room clean and tidy. We had a fun time in the Spa with Staff 13, 14 and 15 located on the T floor. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Biohotel, it is safe, the staff are loving and caring, the rooms are spacious and clean with breath-taking views and it’s a 5-minute walk from the main city. "

"The staff were very friendly and kind. The food and overall service were excellent, clean and tidy facilities. My only complaints are with the level of noise heard inside the room and the room amenities that could be improved as well. Despite reserving the room for two people we were told only one cup of coffee/tea was allowed per room and there were no bathrobes available, something simple that can make the experience even better."

"NO POOL AT THIS PROPERTY Despite the Expedia listing noting a “Swimming Pool” - we were disappointed to learn they do not have one. They have a Whirlpool branded hot tub (listed as a separate amenity on the Expedia page). “Indoor Pool” was also listed under the Family Friendly heading of the Expedia listing. As most parents know, hot tubs are not appropriate for children, especially young ones. We chose the hotel because we thought they had a pool. When we travel, we spend part of our day playing in the pool. Kids love a swimming pool! In the hopes of disappointing another family expecting a swimming pool, I flagged to the property directly, Mariott Bonvoy and Expedia to encourage them to update their respective listings. Despite the misinformation, the property was excellent. The rooms spacious and clean, the gym was one of the best I’ve ever seen and the breakfast we paid extra for was excellent. A perfect way to start the day. A special should put to the Leidy, the Spa Manager who was great at addressing our concern. "

"I had a knife stay at cosmos 100 hotel. But a few things were wrong. The safe did not work in my room. They had to bring me another one. The bathroom door did not close. It was stuck, it been warped or something. And the toilet kept running about every ten minutes for about 5 to 6 seconds bet other than that, the staff and everybody is very nice and accommodating. I don't understand why they closed the restaurant to shift from breakfast to lunch. Though. It doesn't make any sense i've been in the restaurant business.My whole life and why you have to close to shift from breakfast to lunch.I don't understand"
