Satisfied.

It was good overall. We felt comfortable. We appreciated how quiet the spa was. It was a good place to relax after a long day. The sauna wasn’t very hot though. One of our rooms had a view of the balloons from a distance. Overall we were satisfied especially since since we got a good deal.

The hotel has an architectural design that is not suitable for wheelchair users. -There is no access to SPA and Main restaurant and there are many steps. -The phrase “Wheelchair accessible” should definitely be removed from the definition of the hotel. -Wheelchair users should not be left in a difficult situation with misleading information!

Cappadocia hotel

Hotel lobby looks nice, but the rooms clearly need updating. Initial room (duplex) was muggy, smelly so we had to change room. I would recommend duplex room to have half bath (toilet, sink) downstairs also, rather than bathroom only upstairs. Service and food overall not good except breakfast buffet. Elif at front desk/reservations was very helpful. If rooms and service were improved, I would have given it a very good review. Overall-- satisfied, but rooms and other areas need updating. Staff who are working at cafe need to understand some basic English as it was difficult to communicate. It can be done as staff at front desk were very good. Ramada could have done a better job at renovating/updating the hotel.

Yatak rahattı ama king boy yatağa küçük alet ve nevresim kullanımı rahatsız etti. Yıpranmış nevresim kullanımı özensiz hissettirdi. Perdelerin güneş ışığı geçirmesi ve klimanın sesli çalışması da konforu düşürdü. Kahvaltı 6.00-9.00 arasında olması da tatil için tercih edilmeyecek bir zamandı benim için.
